The 2025 season for the CARS Tour kicked off with a history-making doubleheader at New River All-American Speedway. Connor Hall scored his first victory with his new JR Motorsports team in the renumbered No. 88 machine, while Jade Avedisian became the first woman to win a CARS Tour race across any of the three CARS Tour divisions in its 11-year history.

Jade Avedisian made CARS Tour history Saturday night when she inherited the Pro Late Model victory at New River All-American Speedway following a disqualification in post-race technical inspection. With the win, the 18-year-old California native becomes the first female driver to win a CARS Tour race in the tour's 11-year history.

A long offseason delivered plenty of changes for zMAX CARS Tour competitors, including a different season-opening venue.

The next steps in the career progression of second-generation racer Keelan Harvick are coming this Saturday at Jacksonville, North Carolina’s New River All-American Speedway. It was announced Tuesday morning when the CARS Tour entry list was released that Keelan Harvick, the son of 2014 NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick, will make his CARS Tour Pro Late Model debut in Saturday’s 100-lap race.

The zMAX CARS Tour is just days away from kicking off the tour's 11th season for the Late Model Stock Car division, which has been a CARS Tour mainstay since the Tour began in March of 2015. But even though that division has been a mainstay, there’s been plenty of change within that division throughout its history. And this year is no exception, so we figured it would be smart to take a look at who is expected to be competing full-time in 2025 to give you race fans a bit of a refresher before Saturday’s season-opener at New River All-American Speedway.

The zMAX CARS Tour announced its 2025 schedule on Monday afternoon, with an impressive 15-race schedule featuring some big changes. The Southeast’s premier Late Model Stock Car and Pro Late Model touring series will kick off its season on Saturday, March 1, and conclude its season seven months later on Saturday, October 18.

The Baldwin family’s roots are firmly planted in the Modified racing world, but this weekend they will also be planted at the beach as well. Brothers Luke and Jack Baldwin, third-generation Modified racers, will both compete in the SMART Modified Tour Beach Trip.

They’re at it again!  For the third year in a row the SMART Modified Tour powered by Pace-O-Matic heads to race on the sandy shores of North Carolina. The promotional video for the Labor Day weekend Modified trip, and the promotional videos prior to, have become an annual tradition.

For the first time in his very young racing career, Keelan Harvick raced a full-sized stock car Saturday night at Jacksonville, North Carolina’s New River All-American Speedway. On top of that, he ended up pulling double-duty with a race in his Legends car as well. At the end of both races, the second-generation driver left with a 1.5 average finish after winning the Legends race and finishing second in the Street Stock feature.

Everyone knew entering Saturday’s CARS Tour race at the extremely abrasive New River All-American Speedway in Jacksonville, North Carolina that these 125 laps would be a challenge. With a bunch of leaders even before the halfway mark, it was clear that whoever walked away as the winner would definitely have to earn it.

The event was originally scheduled for March 9, as the second LMSC event, but inclement weather forced its postponement to Saturday night. The .400-mile oval has produced a pair of thrilling events for the Tour the past two seasons, won by Connor Hall (2022) and Brenden Queen (2023). Both drivers also won the pole position for their respective victories.

NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr. announced Monday morning that he'll be back behind the wheel of a JR Motorsports Late Model this weekend. Earnhardt will be competing in the zMAX CARS Tour Late Model Stock Car event at New River All-American Speedway on Saturday, April 13.
