Carson Kvapil picked up the hat trick on Friday night with a dominant wire-to-wire performance in the CARS Tour Late Model Stock Car 125-lap feature at Altamahaw, North Carolina's Ace Speedway. Some expected Kvapil to struggle a bit at Ace, but instead he won the pole and led all 125 laps to pick up his third win in a row and third win in the first four races of the 2023 season.

"My crew chief, man he gave me a great car. Holy crap. Those first three laps into a run I was kind of struggling a little bit. Fortunately the last 40 laps went straight green and we were able to get out to a lead. In the end we were just riding saving my stuff. It's going to be a good night tonight.
