It's an event unlike any other in the world of pavement short track racing. The traditional World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing will be held February 10-18 at New Smyrna Speedway (FL).

FloRacing's viewers guide answers a few of the basic questions you may have about the event and how to watch it live.

What Is The World Series Of Asphalt Stock Car Racing

The World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing consists of nine straight nights of racing at New Smyrna Speedway, one of the fastest half-mile race tracks in the world. First held in 1968, this year's event is being. billed as the 57th Annual World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing.

Throughout the nine nights of racing, storylines evolve and drama is all but guaranteed as drivers in some divisions are tested with seven nights of racing during a nine-day stretch. For the majority of drivers, this will be the most they'll race in such a time span all season long.
