It's been almost 20 years since the car sitting on pole has won the big show. This year, Ty Majeski hopes to create his own trend with a back-to-back win at Five Flags Speedway in the 57th Snowball Derby.

On-track action for the 57th Annual Snowball Derby continued Saturday with the busiest day of the week at Five Flags Speedway.

After two days of practice that was really only one and a half thanks to cold, wet weather on Thursday, 45 super late model cars lined up for qualifying at the historic Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, FL.

The top 30 drivers in Friday's qualifying locked in their spots for the 57th Snowball Derby. The remaining 15 drivers that did not time into the race had the chance to compete in the last chance race on Saturday afternoon—only the top four made it into the Derby. 

There were also two provisionals that made the derby, starting in the 35th and 36th spots—the highest finisher in the top ten of the Deep South Crane Blizzard Series points standings (John Bolen) and the highest finishing top ten driver in the ASA Southern Super Series points (Billy VanMeter).

This year, for the first time, the Snowball Derby will be broadcast on FloRacing and is available to all FloRacing subscribers.
