The crash in Virginia initially put Force in the Intensive Care Unit, followed by the Neuro Intensive Care Unit for the last 12 days, but the team announced early Friday that Force had been moved to Acute Neuro Care after improvements had been observed by family and medical professionals overlooking him.
The update noted that although improvements have been made, the road to full recovery will be a long and difficult one as Force will be moved to a long-term facility specializing in TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and associated symptoms.
The NHRA is off the next two weekends, and his daughter Brittany’s participation in the next event in Seattle is unknown as of now. We will continue to update you as the team releases statements.
