The Drag Racing legend has been heavily sedated and in the Intensive Care Unit since the accident last Sunday with little to no update, so the positive news comes as a relief to the Drag Racing community. The team reiterated he has a long road ahead, but the resilient champion is on his way to recovery.
John Force Racing driver Austin Prock will be competing today at the NHRA Summit Equipment Nationals in Norwalk, Ohio with Britney Force sidelined to be by her father's side.
