In recent days, Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series officials have released the names of drivers who are expected to compete in the signature event on the 2024 series schedule.

It’s a big weekend for Late Model racing in the Volunteer State. Just two days after the Kyle Larson Late Model Challenge Powered by Tezos takes place at Volunteer Speedway on Thursday, a hefty $21,000 will be up for grabs in Saturday's Lil’ Bill Corum Memorial at Tazewell Speedway.

TAZEWELL, Tenn. (April 3) — Kyle Larson isn’t a sideshow. The NASCAR star and open-wheel standout from Elk Grove, Calif., has proven to be a force behind the wheel of most any type of race car he sits in. Dirt Late Models are no exception. When Larson first decided to run a few races in Kevin Rumley’s K&L Rumley Enterprises Longhorn Chassis late last season, there was speculation that it could take Larson a few races to get up to speed.

The K&L Rumley Enterprises #6 Super Late Model has rolled off the trailer at Tazewell Speedway, with  Kyle Larson set to make an unannounced appearance on the 1/3-mile high banked oval in Tennessee.
