Have you ever mesmerizingly watched the cars on FloRacing chase each other around the nation’s many iconic racetracks and wondered how much prize money actually was on the line in each race?

Well, at the 2024 Castrol Gateway Dirt Nationals, which will take place at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis from Dec. 5-7, there will be multiple opportunities for the Super Late Model competitors to grab some cash.

For the main event, 150 cars will hit the start line and race around the temporary fifth-mile dirt oval, ultimately chasing a $30,000 top prize.

Half of the field will race Thursday, and half will take to the track Friday, both for $5,000 preliminary features. Along with the prize money available in the qualifying races, they’ll have their sights set on advancing to Saturday’s $30,000-to-win finale.

The 2024 edition of the race will be the eighth in history and again will be broadcast live on FloRacing, as it has since 2019.

Gateway Dirt Nationals is the only indoor Super Late Model race of the season and will see the home of the United Football League’s St. Louis Battlehawks transformed into a magnificent custom venue.

By the end of the weekend, champions will be crowned in two divisions – Super Late Model and Open Wheel Modified.

Also, when there’s a break in the action in St. Louis, don’t forget to check out the 57th running of the Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida, which will have racing and fun from Dec. 3-8.
