For the first time ever, the CARS Tour West will see one of its races broadcast live on FloRacing with this Friday’s running of the inaugural “Star Nursery Classic” at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Two divisions will be in action and a Harvick will be in action in each with NASCAR champion Kevin Harvick running the Pro Late Model race and future star Keelan Harvick in action in the Legends Car feature.

What Is The Star Nursery Classic?

The Star Nursery Classic is a two-division event taking place at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. It will be headlined by the CARS Tour West Pro Late Models and the Legend Cars will serve as the support division.

What Is The CARS Tour West?

The CARS Tour West is a new division of the CARS Tour, but its races are held in California and Nevada while the traditional CARS Tour holds its races in the Mid-Atlantic region. The CARS Tour West is a Pro Late Model division, similar to the Pro Late Model division that runs in the southeast. 

CARS Tour West was founded on January 5, 2024. It has two races left, including this Friday’s Star Nursery Classic, on its inaugural schedule.

What Is The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway?

The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is a 3/8-mile short track located across the street behind Turn Two of the 1.5-mile Las Vegas Motor Speedway where the NASCAR Cup Series competes. 

NASCAR champions Kurt and Kyle Busch both got their start in racing at The Bullring as did drivers like Noah Gragson and Riley Herbst. 

The Bullring is one of four race tracks on the LVMS property, along with the main speedway, a dirt track, and a dragstrip.

Are Kevin And Keelan Harvick Racing The Star Nursery Classic?

Yes, NASCAR champion Kevin Harvick and his son, Keelan, will both be in action in Friday’s Star Nursery Classic. The elder Harvick will be competing in the Pro Late Model class, while the younger Harvick will be competing in the Legends Car division.
