The CARS Tour has a new threat for wins joining the tour with just a few races remaining in the 2024 season. North Carolina native Parker Eatmon has partnered with Hedgecock Racing Enterprises beginning Saturday at South Boston Speedway.

The 18-year-old Eatmon will pilot Hedgecock’s No. 45 Chevrolet at South Boston, Tri-County Speedway, and the CARS Tour season finale at North Wilkesboro Speedway, as well as several marquee Late Model Stock Car events before the 2024 calendar is through.

Eatmon’s partnership with HRE began a few weeks ago and it has already proved fruitful. Eatmon scored a pole and a win at Tri-County in their maiden run together.

“I can’t thank Jay and Cameron Hedgecock enough for this opportunity,” Eatmon said. “They gave me a shot at Tri-County a few weeks ago and we came out with a pole and a win. I’m looking forward to getting behind the wheel for the rest of the year and keeping the momentum going.”

Eatmon’s trip to victory lane came in his return to racing after a two-year hiatus from the sport.

Eatmon got his start Legend Car racing where he collected an impressive 21 feature wins and 3 track championships in route to being crowned the national champion.
