What Is Ohio Sprint Speedweek?
Ohio Sprint Speedweek is actually more than just one week of racing. It’s nine 410 winged Sprint Car races over nine consecutive nights at nine different race tracks across the state of Ohio.
The first Ohio Sprint Speedweek took place in 1983 and it has been taking place ever since.
In 2023, Tyler Courtney claimed the Ohio Sprint Speedweek championship via a tiebreaker over Buddy Kofoid. Courtney is now a two-time Ohio Sprint Speedweek champion.
What Race Tracks Are Part Of The 2024 Ohio Sprint Speedweek?
Nine different race tracks are scheduled to hold races during the 2024 Ohio Sprint Speedweek with the week kicking off on June 7 at Attica Raceway Park. Attica is a 1/3-mile oval at the Attica Fairgrounds.
From there everyone will turn there attention to another 1/3-mile oval at Fremont Speedway on June 8. On June 9, the competitors will head to Waynesfield’s 1/3-mile high-banked Waynesfield Raceway Park.
For Round Four on June 10, it’s time to go bullring racing on the 3/8-mile track at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville. On June 11, they’ll stay on the bullring at the 3/8-mile Hilltop Speedway in Millersburg.
On June 12, everyone will make the two-hour drive northeast to Sharon Speedway to take on the 3/8-mile oval owned by former NASCAR Cup Series driver and World of Outlaws champion, Dave Blaney for Round Six in Hartford.

Who Is Sanctioning The 2024 Ohio Sprint Speedweek?
Historically, Ohio Sprint Speedweek fell under the All Star Circuit of Champions banner, but with ASCoC being acquired by High Limit Racing at the end of 2023, that is no longer the case.
In November, it was announced that High Limit Racing and FAST on Dirt, a regional Ohio-based 410 winged Sprint Car series, formed a “strategic alliance” to guarantee the continuation of the historic Ohio Sprint Speedweek “into the future.”
As part of the partnership, FAST will schedule, manage, and execute all Ohio Sprint Speedweek events with the support of High Limit Racing and its resources.
