Everything You Need To Know: 2024 Chilly Willy 150 At Tucson Speedway
Entry list, event schedule, previous winners and more for the 2024 Chilly Willy 150 at Tuscon Speedway in Tuscon, Arizona.
The 2024 pavement late model season is about to get under way this weekend with the running of the 11th Annual Chilly Willy 150 at Arizona’s Tucson Speedway. From the entry list to the event schedule and beyond, here is everything you need to know about the Chilly Willy 150.
Where Is Tucson Speedway?
Tucson Speedway is located in Tucson, Arizona. The track was originally built as a half-mile dirt/clay oval in 1968. In 1993 the track was shortened and paved to its current 3/8-mile size and shape. Even though the track hosted the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and helped launch the career of drivers like Greg Biffle, Kurt Busch, Matt Crafton, Ron Hornaday and more, the track still closed in 2010. After two years lying dormant, Tucson Speedway reopened in 2012 and has been open ever since.
Chilly Willy 150 Schedule
The Chilly Willy 150 feature event is just part of a weekend-long racing extravaganza that kicks off each racing season at Tucson Speedway. This year, the event is three days long with racing taking place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, all leading up to the 150-lap Super Late Model main event.

Saturday’s schedule will look similar with two 50-lap Super Late Model races headlining the action, plus a 30-lap Legends race and a 35-lap Legends race. However, racing will begin at 2 p.m. MT/4 p.m. ET that afternoon.
The weekend comes to a close on Sunday, January 21st with racing set to begin at 1 p.m. MT/3 p.m. ET. There will be a 40-lap Last Chance Qualifier with the top six finishers advancing into the 150-lap main event.
