After three days of fan voting on FloRacing, Dylon Wilson has been named the winner of the 2023 CARS Tour Throwback Best Appearing Car Award. Wilson sported a flashy white and orange No. 4 throwback to Bill Plemons during the USAR Pro Cup Throwback 225 event. 

Wilson garnered nearly 22% of the fan votes and narrowly edged out fellow CARS Tour Late Model Stock Car competitor Landon Huffman to win the award. Huffman, sporting a No. 22 Jason Sarvis throwback, claimed 20% of the votes. 

As a result of winning the CARS Tour Throwback Best Appearing Car Award, Wilson will claim a $500 check from FloRacing and a full body package from Five Star Race Car Bodies. Wilson will be presented with a $500 check during the next CARS Tour Late Model Stock Car event at Ace Speedway on Saturday, August 11. 

Brenden Queen's No. 55 "Black Betty" Woody Howard throwback finished third in the voting, while Jacob Heafner's No. 16 Mardy Lindley ride and Chase Burrow's No. 16 Rusty Skewes throwback completed the top five.
