It took 40 races to finally happen, but Manassas, Virginia's Mason Diaz is finally a CARS Tour winner after he captured the checkered flag in the CARS Tour's "USAR Pro Cup Throowback 225" at Hickory Motor Speedway. Diaz prevailed after a thrilling battle with Hickory favorite Kade Brown to take the victory.
