In a twist of fate that left drag racing fans and competitors alike in anticipation, the Fourth Annual Funny Car Chaos Nationals eliminations were rained out at Kearney Raceway Park. Officials have announced that the race will be shifted to the iconic Mo-Kan Dragway during the 6th Annual Funny Car Chaos event.

Megan Meyer will return to A/Fuel dragster competition to take part in the inaugural Nitro Chaos Championship Series with the Randy Meyer Racing Team. Megan will run the full four-race series, while sister Rachel will drive at two races and serve as Megan’s crew chief at the other two events. The team’s longtime partner, GUNK, has signed on as the sisters’ primary sponsor.

Two-time NHRA Top Alcohol Dragster world champion Megan Meyer, who stepped away from competition after the 2020 season to start a family, will make her return to the driver’s seat of a Randy Meyer Racing A/Fuel dragster this summer. With support from Meyer Truck Center and NGK’s Shop Squad, Meyer will compete at Mo-Kan Dragway’s Nitro Chaos July 14-16.

A truly one-of-a-kind weekend is in store for drag racing fans on Friday night and Saturday, July 15th and 16th at Mo-Kan Dragway in Asbury, Missouri. The celebration of Mo-Kan’s 60th birthday is being held on the true weekend of it’s start of operation in 1962 and is going to deliver a memorable experience for all those in attendance.
