Records are meant to be broken, or at least be attainable. A number of drivers chased those records down during the 2020 USAC National season and made their own permanent mark within the sport. With that said, these drivers had already cemented their places in the hierarchy within the sport with their longstanding successes. The stats these drivers posted this season just further added to their everlasting legacies.
3. Mile-Mannered: Larson Completes The Dirt Mile Trio

Kyle Larson became the 15th driver to win Champ Car races on the three Midwest dirt miles of Du Quoin, the Indiana State Fairgrounds and the Illinois State Fairgrounds, the latter of which he added to his continuously growing checklist on the afternoon of Oct. 18 in the USAC Silver Crown Champ Car Series’ season finale, the 57th running of the Bettenhausen 100 presented by Fatheadz Eyewear.
