Saturday's Dirt Late Model Dream To Start Earlier
Friday's Dirt Late Model Dream preliminary features have been postponed to Saturday afternoon.
Preliminary features for the 28th running of the Dirt Late Model Dream at Eldora Speedway will need to wait one more day to be contested. As a result of rain showers on Friday night, the $12,000-to-win prelims and remaining b-features have been postponed to Saturday afternoon.
Gates are scheduled to open Saturday at 12 p.m. ET with the remainder of Friday’s program beginning at 2 p.m.
The remainder of Friday night's program includes three b-features and two 25-lap preliminary features.
Following the completion of the Friday night program, there will be a 30-minute break before the start of the scheduled Saturday program. Track officials expect the Saturday program to start at approximately 5 p.m., which is earlier than the schedule start time due to a possibility for inclement weather.
Saturday's scheduled program will begin with six heat races and will be followed by a pair of last chance showdowns prior to the $128,000-to-win Dirt Late Model Dream main event.
Fans attending the Dirt Late Model Dream in person will need a Saturday ticket to watch all of Saturday's racing. Friday tickets are considered complete at this time.
For those unable to make it to Eldora Speedway, FloRacing will stream all of Saturday's racing beginning with hot laps at 2 p.m. If you're not already a FloRacing subscriber, click here to join today.
