After the first three of five scheduled events were rained out, Appalachian Mountain Speedweek completed its third race of the Pennsylvania-based Dirt Late Model miniseries Friday at Bedford Speedway.

Mason Zeigler held off a last-lap pursuit from Gregg Satterlee, who took the Chalk Hill, Pa., driver down to the finish by 0.144 of a second, to win Friday's $6,000 Bob Elbin Tribute.

Zeigler secured his second consecutive Appalachian Speedweek feature victory, also the second of his career. It's his third overall checkered flag this season after also topping May 10's United Late Model Series season opener at Latrobe (Pa.) Speedway, worth $7,500.

Matt Sponaugle rounded out the podium. Rick Eckert (from 10th) and Trever Feathers completed the top-five.
