A new era for Sprint Car racing in Ohio begins this Friday and Saturday at Attica Raceway Park as the revived All Star Circuit of Champions tour puts on their very first show under new owner Rich Farmer, who's recruited a dozen drivers that have committed to the iteration of the tour.
Farmer, the owner of Fremont Speedway and Sprint Car racer, has worked diligently to bring back the nation's oldest winged touring Sprint Car series, even pulling in NAPA Auto Parts as the title sponsor and Valvoline as the tour's presenting sponsor.
Founded in 1970, the All Stars were sold at the end of the 2023 season to High Limit Racing co-owners Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson and remained defunct until last November when Farmer announced he'd revive the tour this season.
This year's driver roster features a mix of up-and-comers, veterans, West Coast transplants, one former PA Posse driver and one former All Star feature winner. Let's break down the 12 drivers expecting to follow the entire 28-race circuit on the NAPA Auto Parts All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Valvoline.
2025 All Star Circuit Of Champions Driver Roster
*Drivers listed in order by number, from lowest to highest*
No. 2MD Aiden Price
Driving for experienced car owner Mark Dailey, the Huntersville, N.C., native who just turned 15 on April 9 embarks on his first 410 Sprint Car races at Attica. Price is a former Millbridge Speedway (NC) Micro Sprint Car champion and the son of Greg Price — the manager for design and manufacturing at General Motors for all motorsports, including F1, NASCAR, INDYCAR and LMHd. The young Price made his Chili Bowl Nationals debut in January where he finished sixth in the second E-main, one spot shy of transferring into the second D-main.
No. 4 Zane DeVault
The Plymouth, Ind., native should be an All Stars title contender aboard the Lane Racing No. 4. Racking up four wins and 20 top-fives in 51 races last year, DeVault was the seventh-ranked driver in Ohio last year, per sprintcarratings.com, the second highest rating among All Star drivers behind only Kalib Henry.
No. 5E Bobby Elliott
The 19-year-old of Allenton, Mich., spending his third full year in a 410 Sprint Car with the All Stars drives for his father Bobby and won the 2022 Great Lakes Super Sprints Rookie of the Year. Last year Elliott had two top-fives and three top-10s with an average finish of 16.8 in 18 races at racetracks that appear on the 2025 All Star tour.
No. 7N Darin Naida
The 18-year-old of Adrian, Mich., has improved every year since entering the 410 ranks in 2022 with his family-owned race team, going from winless in his rookie season to two wins in '23 before a four-win '24 season. Three of Naida's wins last year were at Butler Motor Speedway (MI) with another at Lincoln Park Speedway (IN), tracks that aren't on the All Star schedule this year. He was the 23rd-ranked Ohio driver last year per sprintcarratings.com.
No. 13 Van Gurley Jr.
The 52-year-old of Valparaiso, Ind., is the only former All Star winner among the tour's driver roster, being a three-time winner of the tour in 201 career series starts. All those wins came in 1994 and 1996 at Bloomington Speedway (IN) in August '94, Limaland Motorsports Park (OH) in July '96 and Kokomo Speedway (IN) in August '96. Gurley stopped Sprint Car racing in 1999 at roughly age 27 before reemerging in 2023 at age 50. Gurley won twice last year at Butler Motor Speedway (MI) en route to the track title.
No. 20B Cody Bova
The 31-year-old of Struthers, Ohio, is taking his family-owned team on the All Star tour this year. Last year Bova's lone win came at Lernerville Speedway (PA), a year he had four top-fives and and 13 top-10s in 29 races. The former 305 champion at Mercer Raceway was the 64th-ranked Ohio driver per sprintcarratings.com.
No. 22 Brandon Spithaler

Spithaler, an eight-time winner and 10th-ranked Ohio driver in 2024 per sprintcarratings.com — the third-highest among current All Star regulars — finished sixth in the 2017 All Star campaign, and is a title contender this year.
No. 38 Leyton Wagner

Wagner finished as the 28th-best Ohio driver last year per sprintcarratings.com, the sixth-highest rating among committed touring drivers. Wagner's lone win of 2024 came at Wayne County last July.
No. 45 Devon Borden
One of Central Pennsylvania's top drivers has relocated his 22-year-old talents of Raymond, Wash., to Ohio this year to make an All Star title bid in Brian Grove's competitive No. 45 machine. Going from Central PA's red clay (outside of the tour's Lincoln and Williams Grove's dates June 6-7) to Ohio's racing surfaces might be a transition for Borden, but he has the capability of becoming a title favorite, having won the 2023 Port Royal Speedway title and seven features that year.
No. 49X Trey Jacobs
The 29-year-old of Wooster, Ohio, comes from a deep-seated Sprint Car family (uncle Kenny is a National Sprint Car Hall of Famer, father Dean is a former Wayne County champ and older Cody is David Gravel's crew chief). This year he takes over the Demyan-Rudzik Racing 49x, which initially planned to follow the All Star tour with Cale Thomas before his new deal with Shark Racing. Jacobs was the 11th-ranked Ohio racer last year where he won twice between Attica and Wayne County.
No. 97 Justin Clark
The 29-year-old of Hamersville, Ohio, slides into the competitive Joe Seeling-owned No. 97 this year as a darkhorse championship contender. This is Clark's first year in the Seeling-owned machine and third year in the 410 class. He has two wins in 51 races in the 410 division, with a win last June at Atomic, and last year had an average finish of 8.5 at tracks on the 2025 All Star tour.
No. 101 Kalib Henry

Henry was the third-ranked Ohio driver last year behind Cap Henry and Cale Thomas in a breakout season that saw six wins in 41 races. Henry cut his teeth racing 360s at Placerville Speedway (CA) where he won nine times at the track from 2019-23. He also had a top-five finish with High Limit Racing and the World of Outlaws last year.
