The second week of the Kubota High Limit Racing season started Wednesday at Tulare Thunderbowl Raceway with the first of three races in four days across the state of California for the national Sprint Car tour.

In similar fashion to his win at the third-mile oval last year, Kyle Larson stormed from the sixth-starting spot to lead the final 19 of 30 laps for the victory over fellow Cali driver and brother-in-law Brad Sweet, who led the opening laps before finishing 3.331 seconds behind.

Rico Abreu rounded out the podium while Saturday's winner at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Corey Day finished fourth from the 21st-starting spot. Aaron Reutzel battled through a broken nose to finish eighth.
