Heavy overnight rainstorms that left Golden Isles Speedway too saturated for racing forced Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series officials to cancel Sunday’s Super Bowl of Racing program at the Georgia track.
The $10,000-to-win event was the second rainout in as many nights at the 4/10-mile oval as Saturday's $25,000-to-win program was also rained out. Series officials are exploring possible make-up options.
