The 2025 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series season presented by FloRacing kicked off with Friday's Super Bowl of Racing opener at Golden Isles Speedway, starting with Friday's 50-lap, $12,000-to-win season-lidlifting program at the 4/10-mile Georgia oval.

Tyler Bruening went on to capture his first career national touring victory in a persevering drive where he led the opening six laps, fell back to as low as fifth, and powered back through the front to lead the final nine laps. His victory came over Georgia superstars Jonathan Davenport and Brandon Overton.

Daulton Wilson led laps seven through 41 but a run-in with a lapped car slowed him down the stretch in his 10th-place finish. Jimmy Owens and Brandon Sheppard both came from the B-main to finish sixth and seventh, respectively.

Three cautions slowed the 50-lap feature: Lap six for Donald McIntosh's flat right-rear tire, lap 12 for third-running Ryan Gustin, lap 19 again for McIntosh, and lap 45 for Ross Robinson.
