Vermeer Motorsports and Chris Windom have parted ways after one full season with High Limit Racing.

Chris Windom And Vermeer Motorsports Part Ways Ahead Of 2025

After one full season behind the wheel of the No. 55 Vermeer Motorsports winged sprint car, driver Chris Windom and the team are parting ways. 

Windom recorded three top-five and 10 top 10 finishes in a full season with Kubota High Limit Racing this past season, finishing 15th in driver points. The team’s best results with High Limit Racing in 2024 came at Portsmouth Raceway Park and Silver Dollar Speedway when Windom finished third. 

Vermeer Motorsports is expected to announce a new driver and their plans for the 2025 season soon. 

Sides Motorsports with the World of Outlaws Sprints announced today that Windom will drive the #7s in his rookie season with the World of Outlaws.
