After his deal with Ridge and Sons Racing dissolved at the conclusion of Kubota High Limit Racing's inaugural national campaign, Cory Eliason announced Wednesday he's joining TKS Motorsports for the 2025 Sprint Car season.

The Visalia, Calif., driver who debuted with the Mitchellville, Iowa, No. 2KS team at Nov. 6-9's World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte is planning a pick-and-choose schedule next year, or a schedule more widely known as a True Outlaw campaign.

“This is an exciting time for TKS Motorsports. We weren’t sure of a plan of attack at first, but a True Outlaw schedule will give us the freedom and luxury to pick and choose where we want to go," Troy Renfro, owner of TKS Motorsports, said in the team's press released issued by Fully Injected Motorsports. "We’re going to follow a schedule that makes the most sense. We’re also excited to have Cory Eliason join us for the full season. His accomplishments speak for themselves and I’m ready to see what we can do together out on the road.”

Eliason and the Renfro-owned team tentatively plans to begin the new season March 7-8 during the World of Outlaws' Deep South swing at Alabama's Talladega Short Track and Mississippi's Magnolia Motor Speedway. The team said that "a full schedule of events will be unveiled in the coming weeks."

This year, Eliason followed High Limit Racing, finishing 10th on the national tour. Eliason finished 12th on the final night of the World Finals last month aboard the No. 2TKS, which collected four victories this season with up-and-coming driver Chase Randall before he departed the team Aug. 13.

“Very grateful for the opportunity that Troy and Tammy Renfro have presented me," Eliason said. "It’s going to be an exciting season. We clicked pretty well in Charlotte, and quickly, too, so I’m confident that will translate into the new year. We have a lot of work to do, but we’ll be ready. They are great people with a lot of passion and I’m excited to surround myself with people like that.”
