The penultimate weekend on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the Big River Steel Chase for the Championship rounded out with Saturday's finale of the 45th annual Jackson 100 presented by Summit Racing Equipment at Brownstown Speedway.

Mike Marlar passed early leader Bobby Pierce in lapped traffic and commanded the final 53 laps for his first career Jackson 100 victory.

Ricky Thornton Jr. finished second and stretches his points lead to 50 points over Jonathan Davenport (fifth-place finish Saturday) and Devin Moran (sixth-place finish), who are tied for second going into next Saturday's Dirt Track World Championship season finale at Ohio's Eldora Speedway.

Pierce finished third while Tim McCreadie placed fourth. McCreadie is 165 points behind Thornton going into DTWC weekend.
