Two days later than planned, the second night of preliminary action for the Driven2SaveLives BC39 was held Sunday afternoon at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Kale Drake claimed his first career USAC National Midget in the 30-lap preliminary feature to lock himself into Sunday night's $20,039-to-win main event.

In addition to Drake, Kevin Thomas Jr. and Jade Avedisian both locked into the main event with podium finishes. Those three drivers will join Thursday's locked in drivers -- Chase McDermand, Cannon McIntosh and Daison Pursley -- in the 39-lap feature. 

Drivers who were not able to lock into the main event will be placed into one of two B-Mains with another chance to lock in on Sunday evening. A last chance race will give drivers a final opportunity to make the show.
