One week after winning the Skagit Nationals, Rico Abreu added another crown jewel sprint car win to his resume on Saturday night at Port Royal Speedway. In his 30th career start at "The Speed Palace," Abreu notched his first career win at the track in the High Limit Racing Tuscarora 50.

Starting from the third position, Abreu quickly moved into the second spot and settled in behind seven-time Tuscarora 50 winner Lance Dewease. On Lap 15, he made what was ultimately the winning move by getting by Dewease in lapped traffic. 

Abreu led the rest of the way, including the final 25 laps following the halfway break, to claim the $57,000 victory. 

T.J. Stutts turned in one of the most impressive performances of his career with a runner-up finish, while Anthony Macri completed the podium. 

Port Royal Speedway 410 Sprint Car champion Logan Wagner finished fourth and Justin Whittall finished up his strong week by completing the top five.
