World 100 At Eldora Speedway Schedule: Here's When They Race

The 54th World 100 at Eldora Speedway and the Castrol FloRacing Night in America highlight a big week of racing in Southwest Ohio.

For the 54th time, Eldora Speedway will host the the World 100, which has become one of the most anticipated dirt races of the year. 

This year features an added bonus with the Castrol FloRacing Night in America kicking the week off on Wednesday, Sept. 4 before two days of qualifying prep race fans for Saturday's main race. 

At stake is $57,000 to the winner, who will join some of the biggest names in dirt racing as World 100 winners. 

One of those names is Scott Bloomquist, who holds the record with 19 top-five finishes in the race and four wins, including his last one 10 years ago in 2014. Bloomquist died in August and a celebration of life will be held at Eldora Speedway at 11 a.m. EST.

Eldora Speedway Schedule on Wednesday

All Times EST. 

  • 10 a.m. - Ticket and pit pass sales begin
  • 11 a.m. - Pits open
  • Noon - Tech inspection begins
  • 1 p.m. - Grandstands cleared and secured
  • 2 p.m. - Grandstands reopen
  • 6 p.m. - Hot laps
  • 8 p.m. - Opening ceremonies

  • Late Model heats (10 laps)
  • Late Model consolations (12 laps)
