The three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion and former NTT IndyCar Series champion married NHRA Top Fuel racer Leah Pruett in November 2021. It was previously announced that Pruett would take the 2024 season off to start a family with Stewart, who took over her ride on the Top Fuel category for the NHRA campaign.
Along with his driving duties in the NHRA, Stewart also owns Tony Stewart Racing on the Sprint Car side with Donny Schatz and co-owns Stewart-Haas Racing. It was recently announced that the NASCAR Cup Series team would be shutting down at the end of the season.
Stewart is also the owner of Eldora Speedway, one of the top dirt track racing facilities in the world. Earlier this month, he addressed rumors about the sale of the speedway and denied that he has any desire to sell the race track in the near future.
