Brandon Sheppard To Make World of Outlaws Sprint Car Debut
Dirt Late Model star Brandon Sheppard will be making his World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series debut on May 1 at Jacksonville Speedway.
One of Dirt Late Model racing’s best will be trading in the fenders for wings for one night in May.
Brandon Sheppard, the winningest driver in World of Outlaws Late Model Series history and a four-time series champion, will be making his debut in World Racing Group's sister series when he climbs into a Sprint Car for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series appearance at Jacksonville Speedway on May 1.
He has joined forces with fellow Illinois native and former POWRi Midget champion Jake Neuman for his first World of Outlaws appearance.
Better buckle up for this one 🤪

While it will be “B-Shepp’s” first time with the World of Outlaws, it won’t be his first time in a Sprint Car. In 2011, he competed in a MOWA Sprint Car race at the short-lived Shepp’s Speedway as an 18 year old and finished 14th.
Behind the wheel of a Late Model, Sheppard has experienced success at Jacksonville. He won two DIRTcar Summer Nationals races in 2018 and 2019 before winning a World of Outlaws Late Model show in 2022.
Sheppard’s debut with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will come Wednesday, May 1 at Jacksonville Speedway.
