A Look At The KKM Giveback Classic Entry List
Breaking down the entry list for the 2023 Keith Kunz Motorsports Giveback Classic at Port City Raceway.
Big money and a Chili Bowl ride with Keith Kunz Motorsports will be on the line during this weekend's KKM Giveback Classic at Port City Raceway. The annual Micro Sprint event, which will be held October 19-21, offers the winner a $15,000 lump sum prize or $7,500 and a ride in a KKM Midget for the 2024 Chili Bowl.
On Monday evening, event officials released the list of 83 drivers who are currently entered for the event. The current entry list features many recognizable names from around the motorsports world, as well as young stars who are looking to shine on a big stage.
2019 KKM Giveback Classic winner Brian Carber headlines the list of entries and is the only former winner of the race currently on the entry list.
Jesse Love, the 2023 ARCA Menards Series champion, returns to his dirt racing roots for this weekend's race. In addition to his 10 ARCA Menards Series win this season, Love picked up an Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series win earlier this year at Tri-City Speedway (IL).
2023 USAC Silver Crown Rookie of the Year Kaylee Bryson has filed an entry for the event as she makes her return to Micro Sprint racing in her home state of Oklahoma.

Former Tulsa Shootout winners Kris Carroll and Frank Flud will also be in action during this weekend's event.
Jett Hays and Chelby Hinton will receive automatic entry into Saturday's dash as a result of their wins in the Outlaw Non-Wing Micro finale events at the Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex’s KKM Challenge Race and the Lil’ Texas Motor Speedway Micro Mania.

The 2023 KKM Giveback Classic begins on Wednesday with an open practice for all divisions. Split field preliminary nights will be held on Thursday and Friday to set the stage for Saturday's main event.
Jesse Colwell won the inaugural KKM Giveback Classic in 2018 and accepted the ride before going on to finish in the B-Main in his Chili Bowl Nationals debut. Brian Carber won the race in 2019 and decided to take the money; however, fans raised enough money through a GoFund Me page to still send Carber to the event where he finished 12th in a C-Main. In 2021, Steven Snyder, Jr. accepted the ride and saw his Chili Bowl end in the J-Main. Last year, Kyle Spence accepted the ride and finished 19th in a B-Main.
Fans unable to attend this year's KKM Giveback Classic will be able to watch all three nights of racing live on FloRacing. If you're not a FloRaing subscriber, click here to sign up today.
