Hunter Schuerenberg survived a handful of late cautions to claim the Tezos All Star Circuit of Champions victory at Jacksonville Speedway on Friday night. The win was Schuerenberg's first of the year with the Tezos All Stars in the fourth races of the 2023 season.

 Schuerenberg finished second in the dash and took the lead from his front row starting spot in the feature before negotiating lapped traffic to perfection. He held off Chris Windom who finished second, his best finish of the year. Aaron Reutzel finished third after starting ninth. Tyler Courtney, the current points leader with the series, charged from 15th to finish fourth.

“Lapped traffic is sometimes my comfort zone. I kept seeing all these guys with flats and it made me nervous. It's real big. I haven't been super happy with myself this past month. These guys have given me a car now I can really drive, I feel like I'm 20 years old again and I can really get after it."
