The stars and cars of the PDRA are coming in hot to Virginia Motorsports Park on April 20-22, 2023, for the PDRA Mid-Atlantic Showdown Presented by Classic Graphix.

Featuring the fan-favorite, jaw-dropping action of the 4,000+ horsepower doorslammers in Pro Boost and Pro Nitrous, the PDRA also highlights the intense on-track competition with top tier classes such as Pro Stock, Pro Street,  Pro Outlaw 632, Pro Nitrous Motorcycle, Top Sportsman, Top Dragster, and more. Additionally, drag racing’s up and coming talent gets a chance to show off in front of huge crowds in the Jr. Dragster categories, while youthful spectators aged 12 and under can enjoy free admission all weekend long.

PDRA Mid-Atlantic Showdown Schedule at Virginia Motorsports Park

On Friday, the PDRA celebrates the official start of the weekend with a special Happy Hour event at 4:00 PM and the sanctioning body’s famous Friday Night Fire spectacular set for 5:00 PM; a second Happy Hour is scheduled for Sunday at 2:00 PM with the PDRA main event kicking off at 3:00 PM sharp.
