You may think that the World Champions that compete in the NHRA Stampede of Speed Fall Nationals at Texas Motorplex are the stars of the show, wrong. Oliver is. 

Oliver is an African Watusi and he has been the mascot of the Stampede of Speed for years now and is as well known as the biggest stars in the NHRA.
