With incoming weather, there will not be any interviews for the CraftsmanClub Dash. The inversion draw was for putting Greg Hodnett on the pole.
A-Main:
James McFadden wins over Greg Hodnet and Donnie Schatz.
The last five laps were intense with Brian Brown and Alan Krimes battling side by side. McFadden almost loses the lead , but a battle for second between Hodnet and Schatz gives him a little breathing room.
In heavy traffic, Hodnet is closing the gap. But Donny Schatz is lurking.
At the halfway mark, McFadden is holding a good lead over Hodnet.
Dale Blaney spins on the restart and makes contact with the turn four wall.
The Wild Child takes a wild ride.... Jac Haudenschild flips in turns three and four. Trey Starks and Danny Dietrich also involved. Everyone is OK.
We're back — and the battle is rejoined at the front.
McFadden gets a jump on the start, but Hodnet makes a great slide job coming out of four... Unfortunately rain hits the track and those moves "never happened."
