Five different winners won the five major sprint car series races this week, with an artful balance of veteran skill and youthful enthusiasm.

The World of Outlaws were in full force this week with four of them. Four different drivers won those events with a balance of veteran skill and youthful enthusiasm.
Donny Schatz earned his ninth victory of the season at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, OH. David Gravel grabbed his sixth win at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, PA. Logano Schuchart scored first Eldora win on a track that was special to his car owner and grandfather, while Parker Price-Miller scored his first career Outlaw win at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, IN.
The American Sprint Car Series finally got back in action after a lengthy hiatus. For the first time in six races this year, someone other than Sam Hafertepe, Jr. graced Victory Lane. Clute Texas' Aaron Reutzel scored his first win of the season and the 14th of his ASCS career. Hafertepe almost kept his record-setting streak of victories alive; he finished second.
The Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions took the week off, but it will be back in action at Kokomo Speedway in Kokomo, IN, on Friday, May 19. Tony Stewart is scheduled to appear in that race.
Major Story: Schuchart earned just his second win of the season and his first on the venerable Eldora Speedway after a heated battle with Shane Stewart in Night 1 of the #LetsRaceTwo.
