The 34th installment of Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek presented by Red Robin continues Wednesday at Port Royal Speedway for sixth-round miniseries action awarding $10,000-to-win.
Thirty-nine drivers are signed in at the half-mile oval in Port Royal, Pa., with the two winningest Sprint Car drivers in the country, Anthony Macri (10 wins) and Danny Dietrich (nine wins) leading the roster. World of Outlaws campaigner Brock Zearfoss and High Limit Racing traveler Brent Marks are in attendance.
Logan Schuchart topped Tuesday's PA Speedweek action at Grandview Speedway, but isn't competing at Port Royal.
Macri triumphed Monday at Lincoln Speedway and is now within 75 points of Dietrich, whose atop the PA Speedweek standings. Dietrich captured Sunday's third-round event at BAPS Motor Speedway and Friday's opener at Williams Grove Speedway in an eventful feature that saw Macri, the late-race leader, wreck out of the lead with five laps remaining.
