It's hard to believe only two races remain in the inaugural High Limit Sprint Car Series season, with Tuesday's race at Bridgeport Motorsports Park serving as the penultimate event in the groundbreaking 12-race campaign.

The midweek $23,023-to-win special features another healthy lineup of drivers and teams — more than 30 competitors to be exact via Monday night's entry list — as the series figures to entertain at the three-eighths-mile, high-banked oval that's conducive to good racing.

As has been the case all season, High Limit Series points and wins leader Kyle Larson headlines the driver roster. Rico Abreu, who's now a very reachable 20 points behind Larson in the standings, adds star power to the Tuesday night event.

Cory Eliason (-123 points), Justin Peck (-168), and Chase Randall (-193) are the rest of the top five in series points expected to be in attendance. A pair of two-time All Star Circuit of Champions title winners Tyler Courtney and Aaron Reutzel, as well as Kerry Madsen, are among Sprint Car racing's finest travelers to compete in New Jersey.

Speaking of New Jersey, two home-state natives, Justin Whittall and Kyle Reinhardt, lead a strong regional contingent of drivers and teams on Tuesday.

Drivers and teams with some sort of Central Pennsylvania affiliation include Tyler Ross, Austin Bishop, Brent Marks, Ryan Taylor, Tim Buckwalter, newly crowned Port Royal Speedway champion Devon Borden, Justin Sanders (in the Dillsburg, Pa.-based Macri Motorsports No. 39M), Danny Dietrich, newly crowned two-time Williams Grove Speedway track champion Freddie Rahmer (in his family-owned No. 51), and Anthony Macri (aboard Bernie Stuebgen's No. 71).

Dusty Zomer and Ryan Timms join Larson, Abreu, Eliason and Randall as the six drivers with perfect High Limit Series attendance.
